The founder of BenefitCorp was a trauma nurse who daily came across hardworking individuals with insufficient medical coverage. He founded BenefitCorp in 1995 with the single mission to end the confusion and frustration surrounding individual and company-sponsored healthcare coverage.

As the company he started grew, he saw the need to demystify and simplify the larger universe of related benefits needs companies had—ones they were often addressing through as many as five different companies to meet their needs. Today, we act as our clients’ strategic benefits consultant, simplifying and streamlining the coordination, fulfillment, and quality assurance of corporate payroll, HR, insurance, and retirement for clients large and small.
