“I think the two biggest issues are world hunger and health, and all the things that stem from bad food.”
– Brett Dennen
The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service announced last Wednesday that Cargill Meat Solutions is recalling 132,000 pounds of ground beef. E. coli may have contaminated products made from the chuck portion of the carcasses. 17 people are sick and one person has died because of this E. coli outbreak.
Have your employees check to see if they have any frozen ground beef that was packaged on 06/21/2018 with a “use/freeze by date of 07/11/2018”.
